Leading our firm is attorney Dawn Scotland. She has been practicing law since 1992, after graduating from the University of Michigan Law School, one of the top law schools in the country. As a former senior assistant district attorney with the Fulton County DA's office, Ms. Scotland knows how to view a case from both sides of the aisle, and can often anticipate the tactics or strategies used by the prosecution. She also worked for a very successful Boston personal injury defense firm before moving to the Atlanta area to start her own law practice in 1994.

Criminal Defense
